EThekwini Valuation Roll Extracts

The Municipal Financial Management Act (MFMA) provides eThekwini Revenue Management Unit with the mandate to ensure effective revenue collection and expenditure, excellent financial management and reporting, and viable and sustainable budgeting.

EThekwini Real Estate, provides a comprehensive property service focusing on the following; municipal owned or retained properties mainly through lease mechanisms; acquisition of property or property rights, and preparation and maintenance of the Valuation Roll.

Revenue collection data is available for the 2021 financial year only (12 months from July - June).
