Durban Tourism has appointed a service provider to conduct accommodation surveys of accommodation establishments in eThekwini Municipality. A survey (of sample >3 000 rooms) is conducted monthly for this purpose and the results are analysed and summarised by the City's service provider for the relevant month. Statistics are not presented where the response rate was small for that specific month.
